We believe that Chefs are unique hence we have adapted to custom growing our vegetables for them. Ranging from species, sizes, texture, quantity, color, and even flavour profiles, our farmers are always keen to listen to our Chefs' idea for their next creation.
Our fresh vegetables and herbs are grown locally at one of our Singapore indoor or outdoor farms. Increasingly, more of these vegetables have now become seasonal as Singapore experiences climate shifts due to global warming that has made it impossible to continue to grow some species without unsustainably manipulating the environment.
